First time experiencing Gong & Sound bath. Absolutely amazing, so relaxing. Loved the breathing techniques, exercises North South East and West. I found first loud songs a bit loud as I suffer chronic migraine (would put ear plugs in to make the noise less intense next time),the rest of sounds so suitable.
Will book again in the future.Highly recommend. Thankyou so much.

Sandra at Soulstice is a very authentic practitioner. During my immersion therapy sessions she is able to totally immerse me into a tranquil/relaxation state. Sandra also uses Gong Therapy as well which is totally submersive and healing
